team green recommended 2001 kx125 settings

I can't seem to find the recommended oil height setting from team green for my 2001 kx125. I know that I 've seen it before on the net somewhere. Anyone know where I can find it. I thought it said 90mm. Also would this level be the same with Mobil 1 ATF. I am thinking of trying this. I also would like to know what Jeremy recommends doing to the forks and shock seeing as I am a 170lb c-class rider. Thanks in advance.

I would get some stiffer springs first. The recommended springs for me are the stock ones and I weight 150. Go to www.mx-tech.com and use their spring rate calculator to check it the stockers are good.
I believe the fronts are .51's and the rear is a 4.8. I am not sure though.
