This shot just came across Motogram .. okay, Instagram. Looks like the champ to me. Short of a DNF, or finishing next weekend out of the top 5, it looks like the "weight challenged lady" has sung. Congrats to the young German. Even when so many were riding the couch, proclaiming a mid season meltdown.

Last time Dungey had to go up against a non-USA racer with the championship on the line was with Pourcel who looked to have things locked up in the 250f class until Southwick and he had a DNF and Dungey ended up with the championship.

Don't count out Dungey luck.

But it is long odds.
