First, a suggestion: take off caps lock. It makes your post very difficult to read.
As to the 167, I have not ridden a YZ, but I have ridden a RM 167. I loved it. I have a KTM 200 and I think the power was smoother than mine. Unfortunately I did not ride it very long but the 15 minutes up and down some easy trails were enough for me to fall in love. When it's time for a new bike, I will either get another KTM 200 or if I can afford it, a 167 kit in a CR or YZ. It's a great motor.
Some advice, though: who's going to install it? I think the price you're looking at is just for the parts. Labor is going to be more money yet. I could be wrong however.
