Thumbnails for photo page?

This is kind of a web guy question, but I thought that I might run it by you Photo dudes. I'm putting up a photo page on a web site for my enduro club. I want a free and easy (not easy to find) way to thumbnail my photos so I can make the page. I found a free java tool that has all the stuff I need and the template do all the HTML. It looks pretty slick, but I just need to take my photos down for the thumbnails. Got any Ideas?
