There seems to be quite a few of us coming on Thursday afternoon/evening. And we're going to have to eat... right? :clue:

I am not *even* going to suggest that Strick set anything up -- he's has already done so much. :yeehaw:

So here's my suggestion: there's a Steak House (can't remember the name) right across the street from the PepperMill Casino. We ate there last year and it was pretty good.

How about a 7:30pm din-din time and we'll just run a body count off of this thread?

Any other plans/suggestions/places -- please speak up. But would really like to keep this dinner/effort easy and low. <grin> :thumb:

Cheers! - RandyB ("E-Ticket")

Hey Randy,
Mick and I will be around, I'll run it past him and see if he is up for it. The guy is a walking stomach I can't imagine him turning down good food :thumb:

Hey folks- I think we'll prolly need to eat before then due to jet lag (from the long drive) most definitely kicking in by then, but we'll come by and say hello so we can plan and scheme for the next day's ride! OK? :)

Ruby River

Hi Randy, Strick. I take it that the name of the place is Ruby River, eh?
Sounds great to me, as long as I get there on time.

Sounds good to us!

I hear ya on the walking stomach, Gina--Keith is the same way and not much bulkier than Mick is. I could almost hate him.

We should be pulling into town around then. But it's cutting it too close to commit to anything, I think.

There will be a few of us in that mode. *If* if the California Revenue Agents (CHP) don't try to stop us :| for an account balance check -- we're aiming to roll into the PepperMill Casino around 5-7pm.

Who on this thread is "pretty sure" that they will be able to show up at the Ruby River Steak House (across the street from the PepperMill) at 7pm?

Could one of you commit to calling in a body count on late Thursday afternoon?

And then could us "arriving on time I hope" types call someone to bump up the reservation number?

Don't want to over-engineer this .... or back someone into being the organizer. Just trying to make it easy for all to show if they can.

Thanks! - RandyB

Better yet.... please reply with with your status on Thursday night din-din:

== Confirmed: will definately be in town ready to show up at 7pm at Ruby River Steak House

== Trying to: "should" be in town on time enough to make the 7pm dinnner time

== Swing by: not planning to eat but hoping to swing by later to say "Howdy!"

Thanks everyone! - RandyB

I WILL NOT be there, and this dinner is un-organized by me, FYI. Blame Randy!
