I have a couple questions. 1.) How often do you need to tighten them? 2.) How tight should they be?
I tightened my spokes today on the front and rear. The rear had a few loose ones that took a couple turns to tighten, while the majority took only half turn or better. The front seemed wierd because the spoke wrench actually twisted and warped the "spoke nut" before the spoke was tight. It seemed like the metal was too soft and now I'm worried that they will be imposible to tighten next time. The front also has a little wobble, but doesn't appear to be bent. Hopefully it lasts.

I check mine almost every time I ride. You can buy an expensive torque wrench or as someone once told me tap it with the spoke wrench, if it goes bong it is to loose, ting is to tight, and bing is just right. If you have a bunch loose tighten in an alternating fashion every third spoke. Easy.
