Hi, I bought a wr200 about 8 months ago. I man did not have the title but did give me a bill of sale. He said that when he bought it the year before that owner was going to mail him the title but never did. I am pretty sure I need to show a title to get an ORV license and to get new tabs for it. I wanted to know if there is anyway for me to get a title? I live in Washington sate.

I also thought it would be neat if I could legally drive it on the road(I drive it on back roads to get to friend's houses). But I think they look terrible with turn signals. I has a headlight and tail like so can I just get a speedometer and a rear plate for it and use hands signals? again this is in Washington state.

Thanks,
Colin

Depends on the state. Here you can go in and get a new title issued.

go to your local DMV and ask if you can file for a lost title.

In Idaho you could probably put a plate on that bike as is, but might get pinched by the local law-dog for lack of signals, if they spot you.
