I have some specs that I want to try out on my midvalve. Besides filing and removing the nut what tools do I need to disasemble just the midbvalve. I already have all the other tools to work on the forks but I never never touched the midvalve. I looked on jeremeys site but didnt quite understand the tools

Dan, you shouldn't need anything special to remove and replace the midvalve itself, just a soft jaw vise to hold the shaft while you work. You can get/make a special clamp for the shaft, but I never found it necessary.
