I just ordered the new torq octane pants and thought I would pass some information along. The waist size is true. I've been told to order a size bigger in MX pants because they are tighter, but these are pretty accurate. I'm a size 38 and ordered 40's. They are loose on me and there is no adjustment to make them fit tighter. I will add another button snap on the pants so I can snap them tighter when riding (closer to 38) and then put them on the original snap when not riding.

The length is pretty generous. I am 6' 9" and they do fit me as is. When sitting on the bike the pants pull up a little higher on my boots than I care for and I could use an extra 2 inches, but when standing the pants are about 1 inch off the ground.

I'll be modifying the legs to be another 2 inches longer for me, but I have a feeling that any pants I get will need modified.

Also, no pockets.

Anyway, if anyone was eyeing these up...this is the dirt. I paid $69 from rocky mountain and the pants look pretty cool.
