Okie - this has probably already been covered but I can't find it. Any idea where the closest place is to fill a trailer with fresh water and also to dump gray/black water?

The closest place? At the track. They have a dump station.
You can dump gray water where ever you want. ;) I'd suggest right at Thump's door step?
