Anyone have info on the Transponders from AMA on the pros bikes? I spotted the transponder on Ricky Charmical's bike in an ad for Renthal. The ad is on the back cover of the September issue of RacerX. The transponder is located on the left fork behind the number plate. It reads, "WARNING Failure to return transponder to tech after the race will result in a fine". I know WHAT a transponder is but not sure what the AMA is using them for. :think
