I was curious as to what pressure everyone is running in their tyres. Do you change the pressure based on track conditions and if so what to? Does this also have a large or small affect on the handling and traction of the bike overall?

I currently run around 14psi on my local track that is a cobination of sand and hard-pack. Bike is YZ250 03

I run 13 to 14 on a prepped track. 12 when its real soft or muddy. When it gets real rocky, meaning sold hits on huge semi buried rocks, I run 15 psi.
