Wasn't First Blood also on AMC the other night.

It's not so much the action but the dialague that makes these classics :confused:

Gone with the wind has nothing on them. (Except GWTW gives you lots and I mean lots of time to get popcorn, go to the bathroom, rebuild your motor, or take a long nap.) :p

First Blood!

The first First Blood was incredible. I must have watched that movie about a hundred times in high school at the dollar theatre. The sequels, as do 99.9% of all sequels, stank.

Hey, it's XRP's movie was the first thought that passed through my head... followed shortly by Man, how sad am I- my gay internet friends are creeping into my everyday life So I insulted Ahnold, then flipped to Animal Planet to watch with my little bambino.

Hey Pred,

I saw that on AMC as well. Did you see the trivia afterwards? I guess they originally planned on having a then-unknown Jean Claude Van Damme play the Predator, but due to a glitch in the costume, they rebuilt it and had this massive 7' guy play the character instead. It turns out the guy who played the Predator is also the same guy who played the bigfoot creature in Harry & the Henderson's. You gotta' admit, he's got some acting skills to go from an alien killing machine to a giant Ewok!
