video suspension tuning...need help

I went out for the first time this year at a very fast sandy track (Wheeler, D16) I was 4th-5th tapped almost everywhere except a few corners in 3rd. I need some help with getting my suspension set up though. Over the whoop sections it felt like the front was plowing and everything seemed harsh. I think the vid shows this pretty good, but I'm not sure which way I need to adjust to get a better ride. I'm running stock setup on a 2004 crf250r.

Sand requires more compression, make it stiffer to avoid "packing".
