I have an 07 crf 450r just got head work and new valves and the auto decompression sticks when you tighten the cam sprocket to the specified torque. When it is finger tight it moves freely but not when tightend making it almost impossible to kick. Any suggestions? Is something worn or bent or am i doing something wrong. Timing is spot on.

Sounds to me like you just need a stronger leg :p jk
Did you make sure everything was in the right place? Timing? Everything threaded right? Sounds like something is tweaked just enought to make the decompression lever rub and bind when you tighten the sprocket.

yeagh i checked all of the timing threads and so on.
