Looks like I might find myself with a few hundred bones in the near future. I am thinking of getting the WER. How often does it need to be rebuilt, and at what cost?

I am lusting over some new Sidi Vortex Evo's too, as I've only owned T-30's, but ultimately the WER should have a larger effect on my riding, and by some accounts, add the same amount of safety.

I've run mine for a couple of years now. Have changed the oil a couple of times.

It works as well as it ever has.

...that may be a problem ;) depends on your point of view.

As long as you do change the oil as you should...and don't abuse it (have the rod adjusted such that a steering lock locks the damper arm) it should last a long time.
