you are looking at a 125 2t, or you can spend a little extra money and get a 2504t. i suggest a 125 2t because they are better learning bikes, cheaper, and much less maintainence

ya i would say two stroke. my 97 cr125 sits higher then my friends 06 crf250 so its def. not a small 125 i am 5 6 and i cant touch so if your 6 0 then a bike my size should be perfect.
