Not sure about the springs, but the friction plates are identical to the '99 CR 125 plates. I replaced mine in 2000 and have had zero probs. You should replace the aluminum plates with steel. My 200 (98) had 3 steel and 4 alum I think, so I just ordered 4 more KTM steels and the Honda frictions. Works like a charm.
You can use the 99 CR springs also. I've had a set for over a year with no problems. I supose if you were really, really hard on the clutch they might slip but I've had no problems yet.
Alll of my buddies went out and replaced the clutch springs on the 200 with those off of a ktm125 - I think they only switched over half. This was go lighten the clutch pull - no problems with slipping with this setup.
