Seems like i need a lighting coil?


So would it be possible to take a Cr500 buy a dual sport kit, put a key ignition, and a lighting coil, dual sport tires, and maybe a kickstand. Then buy insurance and get it licenced and drive it as a motorcycle on road? I live in michigan by the way.
