What is a McCord's power flow?

I noticed an ad in Dirt Rider claiming that McCord' power flow will add power and ease starting for thumpers. Does anybody know what this thing is and how it works? Is it worth the $200 asking price? It looks like some type of intake device. A search on the web gave no hits for the device.

People get mixed results from it. I tried and liked it but had some trouble getting it totally sorted out on my CR500.

I bought one for my 1999 Honda XR600R. I thought it was a complete waste of money. I did all of the recommendations that came with the kit and I wanted to believe that spending that money made some improvement, but it did nothing but reduce the fuel milage. No increase in power that I could detect. Not recommended.

So it appears the the KEI produced a power spike that had a laxative effect on the rider :o . While this is not good for dirtbikers or their underwear, I wonder if it could be a good thing for boat motors or snowmobiles.
