What is this part thats leaking on my bike?

Hi, I just bought a new CRF450R this week, and after riding it I've already noticed some oil leaking. I don't know what part this is, is it normal for it to have some leakage?

The picture is of the peice, on the bottom right where it says Honda is like the crankcase I think and below it is the shifter.

if its by the shifter it could be transmission fluid??
