Just fitted a FMF gold seris Fatty pipe to my dads 1997 KDX200 we have a 80 main jet thats all we cahnged.Rode the bike at weekend as I got WR450 bogged into a Petebog took over 40 mins and three other people to dig it out.Kdx went fine when you got it going seem to be a small flat spot before she would light up.Running 13/50 sprokets seen from the forums you guys run 13 49-48 may have to try that combo.

The Fatty is the early designation of the Gnarly -30 (Rev) pipe, only it had thinner metal. I'm surprised it even ran with an 80 main jet. The after market pipes require leaner that stock jetting (160 main). Maybe you got your numbers mixed up. Try a 45 pilot and a 155 main for starters, air screw at 1 1/2 out.
