What do you want the exhaust to do? Make more noise or make more power? USFS legal or not? You might be better off spending money elseware depending on what you really need your bike to do.
Personally I would look at Thunder Alley www.thunder-alley.net or Yoshimura as their products provide actual performance gains and are available with spark arrestors for that USFS stamp more places you ride are looking for.
