What piston for kdx220

What piston should i go with when i rebuild the kdx 220. Should i go with wiseco or athena? How do you repair a crack in the cases? My friend says to just jb weld it. Any help would be great

There is an exhaustive amount of info on pistons that has been discussed, I prefer wiesco but you should do a search.
