What Should i chack?

Hey, i didnt know where to put thies topic so i hope it's the right place.
Anyway, im gonna buy used bike soon. It willl probbly be CR250/125 or YZ250/125. i wonder what questions shuold i ask the seller and what should i chack myself?
I dont have much knowlge so i willl take it to some mechanic too.
