What to buy WR450F or CFR450R

I want to buy a new bike. I want a 4 stroke. I want lots of power. I am not sure which bike to purchase. I will use it on the street and off Road...mostly off road. I do not race but like to get a little crazy at times. I heard the Yamaha 450 had some troubles with hard corners. I prefer the Yamaha but if the Honda is better I may want to go with it. Which ever bike I get it will be street legal. I need some advise!

wouldn't it take several mods. to make either street legal?
