What to do??

I have a DRZ125L and was planning on getting a new bike but decided to wait untill next year but i wanted to know if there is a way to make my bike a little faster or a little more acceleration... i heard taking the cap off the end of the muffler gives it some more power and acceleration... or would it be better to get a whole new one? i dont want to spend that much on anything but what would be the best thing to do for some more power/speed? :think:

I would imagine you might be able to put the flywheel on a diet like you can with the TTR125, but I haven't heard about it on a suzuki. Do a search on "flywheel lightening" for a DRZ (I know there's lots for the TTR, but you might get lucky).

don't mess with the endcap. That bike is whisper quiet and that makes it awesome.

Ok i am still pretty new to motocross so i dont really know what a flywheel is but from the looks it is going to make the wheels lighter??
