what to polish metal on my bike with...

i got all the plastic on my bike washed and waxed, but the upper fork still is stained with mud, as well as the swingarm, pipe, and motor. what could i use to get it shining like the rest of my bike?

WD-40 works pretty good to help get the mud stains off.. That and a rag to rub it with.
