Im looking for a bike for my girlfriend and leaning towards a big wheel 80/85. Brand isn't important, just wondering the difference between the two models. I relize these are small bore two strokes, but which 80/85 or brand has more low end?

Thanks, Steve.

as far as yamahas go, they just upped it 5cc's a number of years ago. i doubt you'll be able to tell the difference. as for an 80 with low end, your not going to find one.

The RM, SX and KX have power valves, so they have a bit more bottom end. If she's big enough I would try a KX100, or a KTM105.

Look into a KX100. Do some searches. What kind of riding will she be doing?

Actually. I may know of someone selling a 2000 KX100.

Yeah Ktm 105's Are Seriously Quick Lillte Bikes. Alos They Are Based On The 85 Frame And Therefore Small. 80's Changed To 85's A Few Years Back, Racing Regulations Allow 85's Now. 80's Are Older Bikes.

Might want to get that shift key looked at.. Seems to be sticking on you quite a bit.
