whats the difference between...

the KDX200 and the KDX220 besides the cc's?
my best friend bought a '00 220 and its a blast in the woods
is there anyway to get some hit out of it for jumping?

Hey , Lawndart D. The 220 is set up for more torque. But it can be modified to run real good. Have your friend check out this site. http://justkdx.dirtrider.net/. What part of Ohio are you guys from?

if i were u and u had the money i would do this

1.after market reeds
2. aftermarket pipe such as the fmf fatty or pc
3.wiseco pro lite piston and rings
4.send it to eric gorr and get some porting done

i have a 00 220 that had pipe,silencer,reeds,airbox mod last week i had it ported,head milled& carb bored what a difference gained power everywhere!

Uh....the CHAIN is different! (O-ring on the 220, not on the 200)

At least for the 2000 model year it was so.

Now THAT'S an important issue:D
