what's the mix

i just bought a 2005 yamaha yz 250. I;m excited to say the least. Anyhow i bought the bike from a friends who is currently stationed in Iraq. I'm doin the dealing through his grandpa and probably won't get the book with the bike. That's not a big deal because i'm buyin a service manual, but i want to ride the bike tomorrow and want to know what the mix is. What oil should i mix, just a high quality 2 stroke oil at what ratio. the bike is stock and basically brand new so premium should work or do i need 110. i'm pickin the bike up tomorrow at 9 am

32:1 is a safe mix, but I like to run my RM250 with 40:1. You should be fine with either one though

i run my Cr250 all day long on regular 40:1

32:1 Works well and is a safe bet.

32:1 is the factory recommended mix. If you mix at 40:1, the already rich from the factory jetting will be that much more rich.

Stick with the factory spec.
