Where does the triangle stand go?

Wow this is a really dumb question but does anyone know where the triangle stand goes on a 99 kx125, when i bought it, it didnt come with one and i got a different one but im not sure where it goes lol. thanks

usually the left side of the rear axle.

hmm thats what i thought. I had to modify the bolt on the stand i got to make it fit but it was too high so my bike fell over. I cant send it back so i guess ill just modify it some more.

My YZ-125 has two spots that the triangle stand can go, both on the left side.

One is the rear axle.

The other is in the frame, just under/behind the foot peg.

Bending the triangle stand so that it holds the bike at the proper angle is a frequent exercise......

Usually the left rear axle, it should be hollow. I use a KX65 stand wedged in the frame under the peg on a KX250, it's a trick I learned from the KX65 owners manual.
