My KX500 takes a NGK BR8EG plug at .022" gap. My KDX220 takes a NGK BR8ES plug at .030" gap. I noticed I get a quicker throttle response on the KX500 with the BR8EG (thin electrode) as compared to a B8ES plug (large electrode). So, I want to try a BR8EG in my KDX220 to see if I get a better throttle response. But, do I use a .022" or .030" gap???
