On the counter shaft sprocket, which size makes it faster, more teeth or less?

front = more go faster

rear = more go slower

A change of one tooth up or down on the front is like 4 teeth on the rear.

Typically changes to the rear are the way to go.

One tooth up or down on the front is usually OK on most bikes.

I read in one of my mags that one tooth on the front is equal to 3 or 3.5 on the back, not quite 4. But only change one tooth at a time, even on the back.
