Whip it, Whip it good!

I was woundering if any one knows how to whip it side ways like RC. I think I could get it out but then i'd be screwed cuz i couldn't get it back. Thanks for any ideas.

How's this for an idea: Try whipping it out just a bit at first and work from there?
