I'd have to agree with Jeremy on RG3. I tinker with suspension on the side and have seen some good set-ups from PA, but there work does not seem to be consistant. It may be better asking people what they think of the PA rep you plan to use if you are leaning that direction.

It is surprising how quickly a PA customer will peel those stockers off for a 10 buck disount on a fork service. I have severly reduced the number of PA stickers in my area. :p
