Hi all I'm new to the forum and back to dirt bikes after a 25 year break. I need some advice on a basket case 1974 Honda XL125 I'm rebuilding. I'm making it off road only so I'd like to eliminate most of the wiring. Question #1 Do I need a battery? Question #2 what wire do I need going to the coil?
