JTH if you don't have the manual I can look up the piston/ cylinder clearance and ring gap in my manual when I get home...though a 200 they should use same specs

for now the only thing fresh in my mind is the blaster 200 I'm rebuilding and the clearance is .0014-.0016 and my machinist said that a thousanth and a half (.0015) is very typical on smaller bores

the .0016 being the sevice limit

ring gap .008-.014

measure 10mm up from the bottom of skirt on the piston

Thanks all,
I have a manual, just a bit surprised that Wiseco would use the same spec’s. Probably take it apart this weekend for a checkup.

JTH
wiseco would have to use the same specs as the 220 cylinder comes plated and they would have to manufacture thier pistons to fit therefore the piston to cylinder clearances would follow stock guildlines.
the wisceco rings are different than the stockers the wisco's are thinner and are not a "keystone" type ring

I recall some instuctions on that, I will look when I get home today
