won't start after rebuild

i just got done rebuilding the top end and now i can't get the bike started. its got a spark but i don't think its getting fuel, but their is fuel in the carb. any ideas?

Flooded?
Needs new plug?

well there is fuel in the carb so there is no blockage, but nothings getting to the plug

Perhaps there is blockage INSIDE the carb.. not allowing fuel to flow into the intake. Are the reeds in good shape?

How many times did you kick it over, did you try bumpstarting it? If my carbs been drained of fuel and has been sitting a long time it takes about 5-10 kicks to start but if the carbs full itll start 1 or 2 kicks cold. If I bumpstart it, it always starts easy.

Make sure the throttle is closing all of the way. If it's open much it will make the bike very hard to start. It also makes for a wild ride if you bump start it.

i got it...i'm not really sure what it was though...i cleaned the carb again for the second time at it fired right up
