I have a 2001 CR250, with twin chamber showa's.
The problem is that i have blown to sets of fork seals in four rides. I stripped them down and noticed that the stanchion was rocking within the outer fork. :bang:
This would tend to indicate worn fork bushings, but when i replaced the previous set of seals, the bushings didnt show much sign of wear (the white metal coating hadnt worn through).
How likely is it that the fork bore is worn?? :yikes:
Can the bushes wear and not break through the coating?? :whoa:
