WP Progressive or Staight Rate Spring

So what is it. I know the 04/ comes straight rate and when I had my 02 done we went striaght rate now I hear when upgrading valving work progressive is the way to go. Jer help!

Take a look at the string I just bumped called PDS springs etc....
