wr 426/honda450 how do they compair,

just wonderin .. i have a 01 wr 426 f how does a 450 crf compair in weight /hp/midrange power/pit riding/jumpin etc... i want ur opion on this , need to make up my mind on what to do .. thanks in advance... newfoundland kicks ass!!!!!!!!!
