XR cargo rack

Been looking at cargo racks for my '00XR400. I've seen what BD and a few others have but there was a guy awhile back advertising an aluminum one he makes at home that looked good. I've done a search of the archives with no luck. Anyone have any info or even some suggestions of other racks to look at? Thanks.

I had a magazine from Scott Summers company, not sure of the name, but he had a couple of racks to chose from. Maybe somebody else knows the name.
