The spark plug wire should connect into the cdi. If your lucky the old wire will slide out and you'll be able to change it with a new wire (I did this too a old Suzuki DR100). If it will not come out then you'll have to fork out money for a whole new one.
You mean the high tension wire to the plugcap? My old XR’s coil unscrewed, dunno about newer ones, usually sealed these days. If you do replace it don’t use std automotive wire, use copper wire stuff like original & make sure there is good contact to the plugcap & coil by cutting back the wire a bit to expose fresh wire if reusing.
