Everyone "should" get one by the end of the day.

Note: if you don't have a valid email addy in your profile (user cp) you won't get it, but I'll continue to get failure notices. :moon:

If you DON'T want to get it, go into your cp, options and un-check "Receive Community Bulletin". If you don't want it, we don't wanna send it!

Could be 2 things:

1) you have more than one forum account with more than one email.
2) I goofed.
