Cleaned the carb and it leaked from the float bowl overflow. We replaced the (float) needle valve set. It still leaked.
On a bench test and upon initial install it doesn't leak. After a short ride it leaked. We adjusted the float level several times with the same result. It acts the same with the old needle valve and the new one. It's driving us nuts.
All parts of the carb appear to be in good shape. The cleaning was due to a stuck needle valve.
Other than that the bike starts and runs great.
