YZ 125 Cylinder question!

Does anyone know if a 2003 cylinder for a yz 125 can be used on a 2000 model? I was riding the other day when apparently the right power valve hit the top of the piston as it was coming down. This caused the piston to crack above the ring which then scared the inside wall of the cylinder! :bang:Thanks for the help!

Those are the part numbers, i just got them off of the yamaha motor website. They arent the same numbers, but i just checked others and none of them are the same, so someone who knows will have to tell you.
