Yz 426 suspension set up

i´m picking up my new bike tomorrow and need some info on the setup.. i´m 78 kg and 178 cm..
dont know what the stock setting is..
anyone got some links to sites with teck tips for the thumper..

by the way a liter of gas cost 1.2 $ here that sucks..:(

Mx settings
stk FK (.46) springs are a little stiff recommend .44 oil ht 100mm and 8mm of preload, Rear stk is a 5.4 again a little stiff recommend a 5.2 and 95mm of rider sag.
Woods settings
FR .42 oil ht 110 and 5mm of preload
RR 5.1 and 100mm of rider sag
