Yz125 engine knocking

So i was riding my 2003 Yz 125 at a track i hit a jump and cased and as soon as i landed i noticed a knock coming from my engine and i cant figure out what it would be im not very experianced in were and what to look for

what gear were you in? and does it still run?

i was in 3rd and yes it still runs it just has a loud knocking nouse

upper or lower conrod bearing? Regular knocks or irregular ones?
