YZ250F or CRF450

I currently ride a WR250F 02 and am thinking about trading it in for a YZ250F or a CRF450. I have had a chance to ride the YZ250F on a MX track and along some fire trails and like it better then my WR. My question is how does the YZF and CRF450 handle really tight single track and enduro type riding? How is the CRF450 for the lighter guys? I'm arond 135 and 5'10 and I guess average abillity.

If you're interested in tight trails and MX get the YZF250.
The only place the CRF would be better is faster terrain like dunes and desert.
